Our Standard Hourly Rates apply for all onsite services not covered by Flat Rates or per service quotes. Some networking jobs will require two or more technicians onsite, pending result of site survey. Quote for networking will be provided. Minimums apply as listed below. If location of service is within 25 miles of MaxTech, there is NO minimum. If location of service is 26 to 50 miles of MaxTech, the minimum is ONE hour. If location of service is further than 50 miles from MaxTech, there is a TWO hour minimum. In special cases that the service cannot be completed onsite, the technician will offer to transport the PC to MaxTech and return the unit when work has been completed. You will only be charged the flat rate or actual hours work is being done at the standard rate. MaxTech will give an estimate of work to be completed and can quote a price for many services, so call and ask. MaxTech will also transport your PC from your site to our office for repair and to you when completed. (25 miles or less from office) Onsite calls 6:00pm to 6:00am weekdays and 6:00pm Friday to 6:00am Monday may incur additional charges. ANY Service Call began at 5:15pm or earlier will be billed at normal rate until after 7:00pm.
